Trailfinders Sports Club is a quiet and exclusive conference venue providing professional space for your business needs. The modern pavilions offer a selection of versatile rooms and break-out areas accommodating any conference, meeting, seminar or training session; whether it’s for 150 delegates or a boardroom meeting for 10.

Our halls and conference rooms are flooded in natural light and feel open and welcoming, all are newly refurbished and fully equipped for all your needs; several rooms have adjacent verandahs allowing you to step out and get some fresh air during breaks.

Each and every conference has its own preferences, requirements and budget, our experienced events management team are skilled in helping you plan your conference just the way you want it and will be on hand to address your needs as they arise. So whether you are entertaining clients, running a training session or uniting a team, our efficient personal service, high quality catering and professional banqueting facilities will ensure that your event is a huge success.

The venue is easily accessible from the M40 and M4, with plenty of free parking for delegates just a few paces from their meeting room. Return transfers can be arranged from Ealing Broadway station.

Ideal for company conferences, presentations & training courses

The high ceilinged, beautifully beamed Phoenix Room with panoramic windows overlooking the grounds, feels open and welcoming. Flooded in natural light, the hall can accommodate up to 150 seated delegates in a layout that suits you.

This ground floor hall has direct access to spacious covered terraces with seating, allowing you to step out and get some fresh air during breaks. The Phoenix Room is self-reliant; complete with its own entrance, a welcoming area that can be used for refreshment breaks or registration on arrival, dedicated cloakroom and ample toilet facilities.

Direct access to the kitchens, allows for a seamless catering delivery.

The adjoining stylish Castle Bar is also available exclusively to you, for entertaining or as a break out area.

Intimate meeting room and perfect as a boardroom

Bright, modern room on the first floor; which leads out to a covered balcony with views of the grounds; a more intimate meeting space, perfect for 10-30 delegates. Adjacent to the Verandah Room is a lounge with sofas, and an additional syndicate room accommodating up to 8 delegates.
