Everything you need to know about your TFSC event

Can we provide our own catering? We understand the importance of authentic cuisines, and on special occasions we allow outside caterers on our premises. Unfortunately we are unable to grant access to our kitchen or it`s equipment. Please call our Events Team for further details.

Do you provide food tastings? Yes, we can provide food tasting from our seated meals only for up to 3 people at a charge.

Can we have a fire pit (Indian weddings)? A controlled smaller fire pit allowed is outside the function building.

Can we put on a fireworks display? Yes, and we are happy to help to arrange it.

Do you have a list of preferred suppliers? Photographers, DJ’s, decorators etc. Yes, we do have a recommended suppliers list which we can forward to you once you have confirmed your event , we can also help with making the arrangements.

Can we apply for a late license? Our premises license is set for each of our buildings, please see contact our Events Team for further details.

Do you offer any discounts for weekday weddings? Yes, we do have discounted packages available for midweek and Friday weddings

Can you be flexible with your menus? Yes, our experienced chefs are happy to create a custom menu based on your individual requirements.

Do you provide halal/kosher meals? Yes, we use a wide range of suppliers, to suit individual requests.

Can we set up a TAB? Yes, it can either be prepaid or settled at the end of the function. You may also set a limit with any restrictions.

Can we have more than one choice for a three course dinner? To allow for a smooth and efficient service, only one option per course may be chosen. We can of course accommodate dietary requirements.

Can the deposit be taken off the final amount? A deposit required is to confirm the booking and acts as a security bond, this cannot be deducted from final bill. However it is refundable after the event in line with our terms & conditions.

Will there be a match on? Due to our busy event schedule throughout the year, a match may take place on the same day of your event. Please check with our Events Team for further details.

Do you do kids packages for weddings? We provide a discounted package for children under the age of 10 and at an additional cost are able to offer a crèche facility. Please ask our Events Team for further details.

Can we come in the day before to decorate? If there are no other functions booked in our event halls the day before your event, you may come in to decorate the venue. Our Events team can advise you of this leading up to the date

Where should I park? There is ample free parking at Trailfinders Sports Club, with disabled spaces closest to the venue.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay? The Events Team can recommend hotels in the area.

Are the venues wheelchair accessible? Yes – both the Olympic Pavilion and the Centenary Clubhouse have disabled facilities and are easily accessible.

Do you have Wi-Fi? Yes – Wi-Fi is free throughout the venue.

What time should I arrive? Arrival time depends on the type of event. If you are hosting your wedding at Trailfinders Sports Club, the venue will be available as and when you wish it to be with prior arrangement with the Events Team. For evening parties, your function room will be available about an hour before the start time, but again if you need more time - speak to the team.

Will food be served? What if I have a dietary restriction? Trailfinders Sports Club offers a multitude of catering options for your events. See the Catering above, or contact the Events Team for more specific bespoke options. When placing your food order be sure to tell us of any dietary requirements which can of course, be accommodated.

Will there be dancing? Both the Olympic Pavilion and Centenary Clubhouse can accommodate dancing, and have the space for a live band as well as facilities for DJ & disco.

Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about? Trailfinders Sports Club is home to Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, London Broncos and Ealing Trailfinders Cricket Club. During the Rugby and Cricket season the teams play their home matches at the venue. These dates can be obtained from the Events Team and considered when booking your event.

What time will the reception end? Our bars are fully licensed until midnight (extensions can be requested)

Is there transportation being provided? A 16 seat minibus is available to provide transfers to/from Ealing Broadway (closest tube station)
