Jamie Lea
Jamie has been Personal Training for over 10 years and has helped his clients achieve many things from completing Triathlon's and Marathon's to losing lots of weight and toning up people's bodies. Having worked with Ealing Rugby Club as their strength and conditioning coach Jamie knows how to get people fit for their specific sport and has recently developed a new Golf fitness programme.

Karl Gibson
Karl has been involved with professional and semi professional rugby for the last 8 years. Karl is a graduate from St Mary's College, Twickenham with a BSc Hons in Physical and sport education. Karl has a strong interest in functional sport specific training, but is more than comfortable in reaching individuals goals from health, fitness and weight management, by adapting fitness workouts to suit your lifestyle.
