Guideline Costs
The Olympic Pavilion with its beamed hall, spacious verandahs, stylish Castle Bar and Gallery makes for a very special venue.
Costs vary with each event depending on length of hire, type and extent of use, time of day, numbers and catering requirements.
The TFSC Events Team will help you plan your special event just the way you want it and will provide a personalised quote for your function.
Minimum Spend
A minimum spend of £1500 applies to Olympic Pavilion bookings. From May to September the minimum spend on a Saturday is £4000.
The minimum spend includes the total cost of venue hire, pre-booked catering and pre-ordered drinks.
So a function for 80 guests equates to just £50 per head minimum spend in high season covering the venue hire, food and drinks.
