from Paddington: to Castle Bar Station on our doorstep Monday-Saturday: 00.01 past the hour & 00.31 past the hour.
to Paddington: from Castle Bar Station Monday-Saturday: 00.09 past the hour & 00.39 past the hour.
There is no train service on Sunday.

TUBE
Ealing Broadway, then 5 minute journey by taxi.

BUSES
Bus stop is on opposite side of Ealing Broadway tube station. E7, E2, E9, E10, 297.

CAR
There is ample parking at TFSC.

Heathrow airport is 7 miles away.
