We have 2 halls and 8 conference rooms catering for up to 200 delegates.

Each and every conference has its own preferences, requirements and budget. Our managers are skilled in discussing options and helping you plan your conference just the way you want it and will provide a personalised quote. Conferences in the Olympic Pavilion benefit from a quiet and exclusive atmosphere incontrast to busy hotel facilities. A senior member of staff is always on hand to address your needs as they arise. You can always park your car a few paces from your meeting room. There are several adjacent verandahs allowing you to step in to fresh air during breaks.

We have 8 smaller rooms which can be used as conference, syndicate or breakfast rooms for 4-40 people.

These rates are based on a minimum of 10 delegates and include:

  • HD projection with digital and analogue inputs

  • State of the art audio systems with multiple inputs (Phoenix Room & Centenary Clubhouse only)

Rates may be reduced for large conferences or block bookings. All Delegate rates include:
